Hello AAU Jump Rope Friends:

The use of the Speed Displays over the past two years at
The AAU Junior Olympic Games and at US Nationals has been very well received by the general Jump Rope community. The speed count being seen by the athletes and spectators has added excitement to the dynamic speed competitions that is now shared by all.

The AAU Jump Rope committee has become aware of a few short comings with the current technology and is planning to update to
a completely WIRELESS system for 2014. For this we are looking
for help from our USA Jump Rope and AAU Jump Rope communities.

We are in need of a quantity of I-Pod Touch
Generation 2 , 3 and 4 devices to enable the
implementation of the Sport Traq system into
our display screens. Any donation will be acknowledged with a letter of thanks from the AAU Jump Rope Committee. The devices should be
in working order, and if charging cables are available that would also be very welcome, but not necessary. Please be certain to remove any personal data or apps from the device before donation.

If you are able to help, please contact John Hodges at jchodges46@verizon.net for more information.
